So last night, when Phillip and I were talking on the phone, we discussed our future plans. It was the first time that I got to hear from him - without any of my input - what he sees for us in the next couple of years.
I must say that I realized that we don't have as much planned as I thought we did. What he said pretty much lined up with what I have in mind, but we have so many unanswered questions!!
We both want to get married during the summer of 2011 (A-A-A-A-A! Sorry, had to do it). However, it's looking like Phillip will still be in school and with nursing school hopefully in my near future at that point, money is a growing issue.
Will we have enough money to put on a wedding? Will we have to postpone our honeymoon? Will we have to move into his parents' house instead of an apartment?
I don't know what to expect with the money stuff, but know that I will be with the man of my dreams no matter what. We WILL make it. I have a plan to start saving now so we can have some money to live off of. It's kind of exciting not knowing wha the future will hold, but scary at the same time.
Together, we can conquer the world. :]
don't worry about the money...I did my wedding in 3 months and paid for everything myself. People may have judged and criticized but in the end all that mattered was that I loved it. It may have not been the wedding I had forseen but it was perfect. don't stress too much about the wedding. the only thing that's important is the two of you. o and honeymoons are overrated.
