Of course, this one is not over yet – and won’t be until Wednesday when Heather and Samantha leave. I love my family and this has already shaped up to be a pretty relaxing, fun, and family-filled Christmas.
After Samantha got here Saturday, my mom served a phenomenal roast that was delicious! We also opened presents. All of the gifts were so thoughtful and perfect! This year I ended up with some shopping money to go spend on grown-up clothes.
Therefore… yesterday we went shopping!! Samantha, Heather, and I ventured out to Grapevine Mills with everyone else in the world. But it was a successful trip! We went to Victoria’s Secret with the gift cards my parents gave each of us, went to a few other stores, and went to Agaci. Afterwords, we went to Kohls. I ended up buying a big-girl purse and wallet, three shirts, and a dress. It all looks so professional and can be dressed up for work or dressed down for casual hanging out with friends or Phillip. I’m too excited!
Today we are going to Decatur to see my wonderful cousin for lunch and then it’s on to more shopping. Shauna comes over at 4 to see me in my wedding dress!! She’s the last bridesmaid that needs to see it. Plus, I haven’t seen her in forever.
