So since my boring entry earlier with the highpoint of my day being cuddling with my cat, great things have happened. Therefore, today gets 2 pictures!
Look at what came in the mail today! I heard the doorbell ring, opened the door after the mail man had already left, and found nothing. When my dad came home later, he found it where I hadn’t looked (apparently) and gave me a large envelope with a whole lot of promise. I opened it up, knowing that a big envelope was much better than a small one, and found it. Ta-da!
That’s right, readers! I am now officially a Certified Health Education Specialist! This is big news! I took my exam back in October and finally received my results since they needed my final transcript post-graduation. This is a really nice certificate to hang in my eventual office and gives me a leg-up on the competition while job hunting. Plus, if I want to, I can sign all of my emails with “Ashley Galloway, CHES.” Jealous? I thought so.
I also made sour cream chicken enchiladas with verde sauce for dinner. Delicious! And success with me making dinner for my parents. Yay!
